Express post is 1-3 business days* depending on location for VIC/NSW/SA customers. Please allow extra time for all other states.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct as once order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Please note that we do not ship to PO box address. All parcels will require signature on delivery unless otherwise specified.
*Estimates are made by Australia Post and are subject to vary - especially during busy periods e.g Christmas. We do not accept responsibility for the late arrival of your goods so please ensure you place your order a few days ahead of the required date, just in case.
Payment for all online orders can be made through the online store via Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still purchase with your credit card - Just click the Pay Now button and you'll be able to enter your credit card details on the next screen as a guest user.
For all custom orders a 50% deposit is required upon ordering to secure your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Until the deposit is PAID, we will NOT process your order. Final Payment is required no later than ONE week prior to pick up/shipping. We will endeavour to send you a payment reminder, however please check in with us to ensure that we have received your payment and your order is being handled. If payment has not been received and we can't make contact with you within 48 hours of this date, your order will be cancelled.
